Refund policy

 

Infinity Laser Spa has a strict no-refund policy. It applies to both purchases made online and in-store. As all purchases are final, we are unable to offer refunds.

If you bought a laser package on Groupon, you will need to contact them should you have any issues with your purchase.

We apply a 24 hours cancellation policy. Should you not cancel your appointment 24 hour before your original appointment time, you will have to pay a $50 late cancellation fee for small areas, and $100 for large areas. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please call us at (347) 385-1426.
